I just want to say how much I love the complete corps videos- are you planning on adding more of those full body workouts with the rebounder?

Also, does it matter what Spotify playlist we use with the videos to make the moves match up to the music? I am hoping that the beats can remain choreographed with the moves in the videos.

One more thing- would you ever think about doing Bosu Ball workouts?

Glad you’re loving!! Yes, there’s so many good things coming Streamline’s way. Rebounder toning workouts, more Complete Corps style workouts and even a slower tempo intro series coming early 2020.

As for playlist selections, I try to mix it up and vary tempos. Some start off with a quick beat geared for rebounding and then move into a mat work vibe, but nothing is really set to a specific video. I do prefer a more mellow beat for abs and lower body workouts to bring a more mindful execution of movements.

Yes, I use a 65cm. (I’m 5’8) When seated on the ball you want your hips to be lifted above your knees. Make sure to stay on top of checking ball pressure. Always firm. I usually add a little bit of air every month...

Ok! I bought a 65cm one but I'm around 5'4" so I'm hoping it won't be too big! Most of the charts for sizing I was either between 55cm and 65cm.

You should be fine with the 65cm. If might be a little harder for you to grab the ball for lower ab work, but you could always not pump it up to the max. Just make sure your hips are higher than your knees when seated of the ball.

Yes you are right! That is exactly what happened. I thought it was just the material of the ball because it was fine when we did the cardio portion but for the lower abs I couldn't grip the ball and it kept slipping, ha! :)

After a few times with lower air pressure try again fully pumped. Once your abs feel the correct engagement it'll be easier to grip... lmk :)
