You absolutely can! I normally don’t add the 60 minute classes to the weekly schedule due to their length and want to encourage consistency.... and tell yourself “I’ve got time for 2 workouts a day” 🥰
But I’d suggest adding 1-2 of the 60 min/week for a very amped up program. Also, what’s nice about the live is that you can see (and feel) how I flow a 60 minute class and can even mix and match the shorter workouts in the same style to keep your body fresh and challenged.

I love your workouts! I tried other trainers and workouts but i think your the best and it's also the best for my body.
I was wondering if you maybe could do a workout with a loop band or a pilates ring?
